ABC potato

Well, today again, I cooped myself in the very heating kitchen. Though it is hot, but is a place with full of vitality! It really peps my up when I witnessed my end dishes with my own eyes! All right, catch time by the forelock, today I'm doing something relates to potato. Hmmm, I have no idea to name it as what, so... how about ABC potato? Name whatever as you like. lol

Ingredients
1. 2 potatoes
2. Fish and chicken meat
3. Spring onion
4. Flour
5. Pepper
6. Salt














Firstly, boiled the potatoes as for more easier to smash(wonder it is the proper word huh? nvm, thumb through my mum's recipe tomorrow, look for the proper word) later.














Smash it into pulp!














Cut the fish, careful of the bones. Make it to something like meat paste.














Add in the meat and fish as well. Churn it! Turn and turn and turn~














It may become like this.














Cut the spring onion and add it into the mixture. Make it more colourful. Letak carrot pun boleh lar~














Put some pepper and salt.














Is flour showtime. Add it some, and churn with the mixture. Make it till you can sense the viscid feel~














And..become like this.














Fry it.

LOL, pretty simple dish, but i admit... is quite time consuming! Anyway, I didn't spent my time in vain~ It tastes good!!! tough there's something to be improve with! I was so engrossed when I'm doing it.
Apart from that, just now msn with da jie tou. She asked me to be her private shifu~ Anyway, that's my pleasure! I won't throw you in lurch what... not my style. LOL

All right, as from my blog title. Should you guys know that this one and only post is for my lovely da jie tou!! Well, last time I heard that you got yourself into a mess when u preparing 'Mi Hun Kuey', it's really sends chills down my spine. LOL, no offending yea.. Please don't hold against me~ But, because you are going to UK, therefore I think I should be a good Samaritan and advise you a bit.. and then you can at least be an angel in front of your real MAN! LOL...

Da jie tou, don't brood about that failure one, or poring over it! Everyone needs go through the mill before become a real Somebody. So, let's us start from the scratch. I'm going to tell you how I cook it...It'll pull off!

Firstly... Ingredients part. Erm....
Flour
Onion
Garlic
ikan bilis(My favourite!!!!)
Fishball, fishcake, meat mushroom, and whatever you like to put it.
Vege














Firstly, I fried those ikan bilis and onion. Frying onion was a skill-required one, fry it with small fire, or else hard to turn it to crispy!














Frying onion~














Prepare few slices of pork, then smash it to something like meat paste~Beat it to a pulp!!!














Churn up these flour.














Fry some garlic and add water inside.














Put those fish balls and ingredients in.














Put the Mi Hun keuy in and lastly letak sayur.














My lunch!

Not that difficult, right? I bet Sander wee ser Baros is even expert with it already as he was preparing his own fried rice to school while schooling!
I never thought my poor cooking may came in handy. LOL~

Da jie tou, if you want to cook something next time. Pop me up lar!!! I want to cook... We may go to the pasar at the crack of dawn. Please.. please.... I promise I won't breathe a single word that your cooking skill is far beyond to my level. LOL....

Busy busy busy!!

I was super duper busy for previous past few days as my road show is on TOMORROW!!! How excited it is. Before my holiday started, I said to myself I must earn as much bucks as possible during this long long holiday. I'm 22 already (although the exact date is August 9), is an age to feel embarrass if continue to stretch out my hand and request money from my parent. I cant!! I must figure something out. Yet, all my inner speech volumes! I find myself a part time job, is a brand new shot, I'm once again back to my hustle and bustle city life style. Lol..... Obstacles, feel free to stumble me as u please. That's the only way to gain experience.

Despite how busy I was, I still manage to make myself as a shinning star in the kitchen. LOL~ I tried a lot of food recently and the taste really beyond what you've thought. Show you guys some pictures as you may feel curious of it.














I have no idea to name this pork as what. But, it's that simple to prepare it and really taste good!!!!!!














This should be soup kentang right? But, i added as many ingredient as I could. Taste, 4.5 out of 5.














Erm, I made myself a set lunch as well. I tried to copy the method which 'long fa' fried rice boss doing. Taste, 3 out of 5, tough it may looks awful based on your own perception.

Did my food enticed u away? I'm sorry if my food did make you drooling in front of the monitor. Wipe up those saliva on the keyboard. LOL......I love cook, indend I AM!!!












Well, this was the movie I watched with popo. I'm the one who pick it, since he feeling torn and struggling with decision making. Is really a very tradition and pure popo style movie. I can sense the guy beside me was over the moon once the movie started and........

Popo, your post, shows the confidence out. Truly.... Secret saying here, there's a girl who stared at popo for more than 3 second when we're in carrefour. He was hue and cry for missing the shot to know her, gloom and doom for one whole night.

I must say, during the whole exciting night, I was the most steady guy lar! I belanja you all main basikal, I sweated the most, I used energy the most, I shouted the most, I heated the atmosphere all the while, I ring ring ring the most, I oppz oppz opppz the most... and I fell sick the next day, sore throat!!! LOL..... steady ma??? But, honest speaking, is glad to see you girls here. I miss you all deeply.....
